Foundation Projects

During 2006, the Foundation completed the the Noel Boyd Youth Livestock Arena on the east side of the complex.  Funded by generous donations and proceeds from the Gala, the Noel Boyd Youth Livestock Arena provides livestock exhibitors with a wonderful new open air facility for a wide variety of activities.

The Noel Boyd Youth Livestock Facility is a project of the Ozark Empire Fair Foundation named in honor of Noel Boyd.  Mr. Boyd has been an active participant, Board member, and Foundation Director at the OEF for over 40 years.  Mr. Boyd's dedication to youth in agriculture and his unswerving devotion to the Fair have made him a  legend in his industry. 

We are proud to honor his achievements with this beautiful new facility.
